Look around I moved here after Katrina because I was in jam. 590$/month for 476 sq feet. The apartment is tiny, so stay away unless you're a hermit and don't invite company over or only have asian friends.

The leases are horrid, and if you take over someones lease you are stuck with it. The employees are nice, and it is in walking distance of campus and this great pond. But the Pool and Vollyball courts are unusable, and lord help you if you are down wind of the sewage treatment pools on

lions way is okay i guess, i have really loud neighbors that i can always hear blairing their music. The rent goes up every year, which is ridiculous for what you get. It says a pool and volleyball court, but the pool is right in front of the office building and no one ever plays
