arlington apartments has changed alot sense latter&blum has it in keeper ship.The new maintenance crew is awesome nad so is the office staff except for the manager she is prejudice and does not know how to talk to people that either lives there or comes in to become a future resident.She also as well treats her staff in the same way.Please you need to get rid of her because you are losing tenants on a daily basis not because of any other issues other then her nasty ways and her being rude.Hopefully if anyone is looking for an apartment you don't come in contact with her because she's a female dog if you know what i mean.She thimk that black people are all ignorant and don't know how to use proper english nor grammer. She profile people on the way they look, what kind of car they drive, and the company that comes or be around your apartment. So if you decide to stay in the arlington hopefully you deal with the office staff not the manager.
