St. Germane may look like a decent place to live but don't be fooled. The girls who work in the office are somewhat polite when you are looking to lease but after you move in if you have a problem that goes out the window. I feel like I my concerns go in one ear and out the other, they make me feel like I am an inconvience and I am simply know as an apt. number instead of a valued resident. Also their maintenance staff is horrible. I have called in work orders after hours and the messages either are ignored or erased completely. When I first moved in they moved us in on dirty stained carpet. Our whole apartment slants down. They moved us in to an apartment where it looked like the ceiling was falling in on us and it took two months of complaining to get anything done about it. It wasn't untill a few choice words were said before they decided to their job. Just recently we requested to have our weather stripping on our front door replaced to keep our cool air from leaking out that they came in and did a shotty job of fixing it. A five year old could have done a better job. Not only did they not fix them but they left our door wide open from 10 A.M from 5 P.M. They more or less called us liars and said they didn't do it. They didn't seem to care less that our things could have been stolen. Although the apartments are pleasing to the eye take a look behind them. There is a terrible neightborhood behind where the crime spills over.The management staff couldn't care less about valued residents they only thing they care about is when you pay your rent.
