I have lived in St. Germaine apts. for over two years. I love it here. My neighbors and I have such a good time talking and we look out for each other. The grounds and laundry facilities are kept clean and the office staff is helpful. Maintenance is always fast to fix things and I would recommend this affordable community to anyone!
