If you enjoy good customer service do not settle down at these apartments. The ladies up front are a nightmare to talk to. Handing over your rent check is apparently a waist of their time because they give you a look that clearly says "I hate my job and I'm passing my hate on to you, the customer." Don't even consider calling the EMERGENCY maintenace line. I tried one time but after calling every hour on the hour for five hours I learned how to do some on the spot plumbing. If you make the mistake of moving in here you will have to get used to dealing with terrible employees, over priced apartments, an uncaring maintenace team, unsightly dog poop, a pool that's only open for three summer months, poor poor poor parking, high energy bills(poor insulation), gun shots being fired, cars being broken in to and more.
