The maintanence staff does not do their job. We have had a problem with out tubs since we moved in and they still have not fixed it. They do their job half ass if they even come. It takes them about a week after contacting the office for repairs for them to come. If you want something moved around of stolen from you just ask for maintenance to come. They do a good job of stealing and snopping around the apartment. They like to steal credit cards from renters!! Employees in office also like to take money orders used for rent and steal them.

This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. Maintenance does not fix ANYTHING. It takes about a month for them to fix anything after the work order has been taken in the office. If the office clerks even put the work order in. The apartments are infested with mold and pest. The carpet has not been changed in years and neither has the appliances. SAVE your money and your time. DO NOT MOVE THERE.

I agree 100%. We are in the process of moving into a house. We have had water leaks since we moved in and they still have not been fixed. We finally got enough of it and we sent a letter to the owners of the complex. The pest problem is horrible. They do not spray like they should. Good Luck with your problems!!
