We've lived here since 2008 and I really wish we'd looked around a bit longer. The apartments are cute, but in no way are they worth the money you have to spend each month. Everything is outdated...the carpet's probably never been replaced. The bathtubs are cracked around the caulking. The toilet leaks and has never been fixed no matter how many maintenance requests are put in. The closet doors are something out of the 70s...wood panel doors that slide on a track! Nifty, I know. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors arguing or maybe even hear the programs they're watching on tv. Most neighbors have no concept of respect for others...they blast they're music til 1130 or later even on weeknights. But, God forbid you make a little bit of noise, they're banging on walls to get you to be quiet! Don't even think about making a complaint to the front office...they don't follow through with anything. All they care about is whether or not you're gonna pay your rent on time. Good thing we don't have any pets. Besides the $350 pet deposit--which is understandable--there's a monthly pet rent to keep your animal. I'm just curious...doesn't payment of a pet deposit cover most damages done by a family pet' Now people have to pay for their pets to hang in a cage or scratch through a litter box' All they care about is money money money. Don't bother calling maintenance when they're only gonna do the job just as good as you could do yourself. Or maybe if you want your personal things gone through or maybe even missing, sure, call maintenance, but I wouldn't recommend it. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex if the rent was $250 and electricity was free!!

I agree completely. Had a coat stolen (or misplaced per the office people). Funny it showed up a few days later hanging on the back of a chair. Magic coat indeed!

I agree with you. I hate this place, the manager (Cheryl) is a b****. The office people are rude and the maintenance people do half ass jobs. We got to where we fix problems our self. This place is a dump, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
