Broken microwave never fixed, carpet smells like mold and never replaced, bathroom walls cracked behind toilet never repaired. Manager is rude and threatens to have you arrested if you come to office to complain. Office staff turnover is so frequent you never know who is there except for the "plastic" manager. That is where the money goes I guess. Maintenance does not know how to fix anything. They will sit in your apartment for hours "because it is cool and I get paid by the hour." And then they never fix a thing! I left because of all these things and because I was sick all the time...probably the mold in the walls from water leaks.
