I've lived hear for1 1/2 years and each year seems to get worse. There have been two muders within this past month a girl was assulted, numerous car break-ins and even a peeping tom. If you want a place that you feel safe this is not the place. The kids run wild, people through trash everywhere, and people loiter at all times of the day. The condition of the apartments is another story water damage something wrong with the pluming and the biggest roaches that I've every seen in my life. Now if you want to meet and interact with some truly ignorant people you don't have to go to far, just go to the management office. The manager leon is the most diplorable , dishonest , and foul men I've ever met. He locks the mail room at five so if you get off of work after that then don't expect to get your mail to the next day around 10:00 when he gets in to open it. I could go on all day but I want. I wouldn't recommend westchase apartments to my enemies.

I was also a tenant at the westchase on Manhattan blvd. I agree with everything and know as a witness with my own eyes that this author is telling the truth. I've witness Mr. Leon locking the mail box gate 5 or 6p.m. I've asked him personaly about this situation. He said to me "I lock the mailbox gate because of the breakins we've incountered".

I also agree with both of the reviews above. When my fiance and I went to sign our lease, I had my two brothers and my sister-in-law standing outside waiting for us to bring them the key so they can start moving stuff, and Mr. Leon ignorant tail starting yelling at them talking about no lotering on his property and that they needed to go. Mind you there were about 10 other people from the apartments across the street just standing around but he got stupid with my family. My apartment had leaks everywhere, which I wasn't aware of until it started to rain, and you could see where they had painted over the water staines on the ceiling and this was our first home. The title of this review is right "The Apartments From Hell".
