When I went to talk to the staff and do a walk through of the apartment I was going to rent, everything seemed fine. Things changed shortly after I moved in. I have had SO many problems with my apartment and the staff is lazy about get the maintenance staff to do their jobs. But they blame the maintenance staff.
They have the most insane rules and most of them aren't even the lease. They seem to make up stuff as they go.
Don't even get me started on the pool. After having a "tenants meeting", at which I left feeling like a toddler who had been scolded for something I hadn't even done, and had been threatened. The pool opened. But there's this security guard who (from what I heard, used to be a cop but got fired ((Shocker)) ), who yells at little kids (I'm talking kids around 4 years old and up) for little things like jumping into the pool, even though there's not a "No Jumping" sign. There's a "No Diving" sign but they just, like I said, make up rules as they go.
And even though they don't want people hanging around outside the complex at night, I see crackheads walking around freely in their ROBES with nothing under them.
Basically, do NOT move in to this place unless you want to live in a place where they don't fix anything that breaks, you want to be treated like a toddler with a parent who scolds too much and deal with paying too much money for crap. It is literally the worst place I have ever lived and I have lived in some crapholes.

I'm pass the same experience like you. That's why I'm decides moving to another place with better price, more safely and when you got a problem in you're apartment they fixe it all without excuses.
