West Chase Apartments 17% Recommended Feb 01 2008: Im start to leave in August 10,2007. They looks in the first time you saw them, looks good, but when you rent and prove the apartment is the same place but refurnbished. All apartment got problems with the electricity and St Germaine Apartments 19% Recommended Dec 04 2007: Well the office people are rude so they can kiss my ass. The maintence workers come whenever they feel like it and they are very suspicious looking.The parking is riduculous. The washeroom is hot and dirty. The office makes the St Germaine Apartments 19% Recommended Jul 20 2007: I have had a hole in my wall for 2 years. My carpet has needed to be cleaned for 1 year. I came home to find my door wide opened and maintance was there that day. You call to complain St Germaine Apartments 19% Recommended Apr 04 2007: I've lived her two in a half years. The parking is ridiculous if you get home after 8pm you will have to park 3 buildings away. Since hurricane katrina it seems anyone sign a lease without a background check. Theres St Germaine Apartments 19% Recommended Jan 15 2007: Not worth the time or money. Constant maintenance is needed and it takes forever to get done(if it ever does, there's been a hole in the ceiling over our tub for 3 months and they have never come to repair |
