The complex is overall a decent place. Nothing really pops out to be great, but I would recomend it to a first time renter looking for a reasonable rent rate. The pest control isn't all that great. The guy doesn't really spray anything. He basically walks in and walks out. I am not realy a picky person, but they do have roaches. The appliances are all ok except for the dishwasher in MY apartment sucks. Besides that it seems to be a nice place to start out. The staff isn't really professional, but they are nice when you stop by. Haven't moved out yet, so don't know about the deposit being taken away. It was really clean when we moved in. New carpets.
