Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
This is a great place to live, very quiet, other than living on the bottom floor may cause a problem. You can hear stomping from people that are walking all over the apartment. Power bill is very low, it is insulated well. The complex is entirely GATED in, so you dont have to worry about people coming into the parking area.
