i lived in the landing for 2 years, at first things were ok but then it started to be problems about our dogs your not suppose to have aggressive dogs but yet we saw many people with pit bulls an boxers, well our dogs were mixed breed an we had more complaints than anything from the staff but yet never did our neighbors with the full blooded pit bull an boxer get any type of notice'!!'!' also our a/c would go out a couple of times an it took days to get someone over to check it, then when the hurricane came an we evacuated well when coming back our fridge after many times of cleaning still had an awful smell to it, well me a girl not sure what to do asked front office if someone would come look at my fridge to see where else the smell could be coming from, well to say they never showed up.... also the pool is never opened always some excuse to why they close it, the gate its never working, so why pay so much damn money for nothing, also gate keys, pool keys mail keys DONT lose any because they cant be kind and just give a new one they make you pay! an when getting ready to move out they give a list of things that are suppose to be in place , cleaned ect... well they say they have professionals to come clean the carpet so if thats the case why do I get charged for it agian, i cleaned it so why get charged if they have professionals to come an clean, they are jsut money hungry poeple at that place, RUDE is the name for vickie an nora an whatever the other girl name is, they dont care bout anything you say or need all they WANT IS MONEY!!!!!! so whatever u do please dont ever stay at this complex... you will regret it! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
