Levee Run is one of the cheapest 2 bedrooms you can find in Jefferson parish but like the old saying you get what you pay for. The only positive thing about the apartment complex is that the rent is cheap compared to other apartment complexes but that is the only thing I can really think of. Negative things about Levee run apartments is the you have to hassel the management to get things fixed in your apartment, the laundry facility is dirty washers are constantly leaking and do not wash your clothers properly also the dryers in the laundry facility are always broke. The pool was not open all summer they said it was broke and have not fixed it yet! In the summer time if you dont change your filter every month the air conditioner will leak and it is hard for eldery people or pregnant people to change because it is high up. Tenants smoke marijuana and the office was told by other tenants about what was going on but the problem is still going on. This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life when my lease is up I running away from LEVEE RUN!
