Levee Run Apartments are poorly maintained. Maintenance is defenitely not a priority at this complex.When something breaks down the never completely fix it or finish a restoration project. There is a problem with pests. Everything can be heard from the outside, this is certainly not a serene environment. There is no buzzer system for the apartments that are enclosed (2nd & 3rd floors) and people often hunk their horns for their guests. The balcony/patio area is not (small openings)and the tenants generally intrude upon this space. Last but not least there is a problem with tenants putting their trash outside of the dumpsters which, as a result, attracts rodents. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
