This is a nice place to live considering the location/convenience and the grounds. Otherwise, make sure you know what you are getting into before you make that jump! The neighbors are noisy and walls are paper thin. If you work at night, this would not be a great place. When things go wrong, takes a few tries before getting someone to adequately and properly take action. If you are trying to fit any more than ONE person in the place, there is NOT enough room. The front gate only works sometimes and more accidents are happening. Parking is ok- there are ample spots, but they are very small. On many instances people have run into cars and they don't care! You will notice scratches and bumps from people hitting your car in the parking lot. Also, you have to walk a long way from your car to your apt. unless you live right on the outside. It is a pain because not only is it a good walk, but you must go through gates (around the pool area) to get into the apt; therefore, it is a pain to bring in anything more than a bag or 2. The bushes and lighting are not really adequate for good safety measures. The tennis court is not worth anything, and they refuse to fix it. The apts are not updated and refrigerators give many people problems. Good luck!
