I lived at Harper's Ferry one year before Katrina, and now have been there one year since.

I love the grounds of the complex; I always see maintance working on the greenery and keeping up the pool.

Unfortunately, since the hurricane, things have slipped.

The grounds are still beautiful, but parking has become a pain and we currently have no maintance staff.

I put in a maintainace request a month ago and still have not been serviced.

My rent has gone up dramatically, even though nothing in my apartment has been renovated or fixed since I've been here.
