We lived there from mid 1997 to early 1998, and it was a great apartment for the most part.

Despite all the insects in the area, we only noticed one cockroach in the apartment during the entire time we lived there.

(Granted, it was six inches long.) There were a lot of yellow jackets nesting at the complex, but management seemed interested in eradicating them.

Pest control came in to spray once a month -- it seemed to work well.

The neighbors were quiet, and the grounds were almost always kept clean.

Construction was pretty good, except the smell of the cigarette smoke from the downstairs neighbor would often waft up through the bathroom.

That made our bathroom smell like an ashtray, which can be frustrating if you're a non-smoker.
