I moved in to Seasons in January 2005. The minute I moved in I have had nothing but trouble with the manager here (Pam). My air conditioner was going out and my electric bill went up to $300.00 a month because it it. I told Pam that the air conditioner was going out but they said there was nothing wrong with it. It finally broke a week later and they had to replace the whole thing. Since hurricanr Katrina Tonti Management has been very dishonest and has rasied the rents up almost $200.00 a month. They also tried to tell people that they had to pay for another refrigerator if they could not get the smell out from spoiled food post Katrina. I was told I had to buy my own refrigerator because they would not give me another one. I did go out and buy a refrigerator and a week later I was given a bill for $550.00 because they said I ruined theirs. I had to get a lawyer and send the corp. office a certified letter saying I was going to sue them. I also wrote to the DA. Two weeks later they came back and said they made a mistake and handed me back $500.00. They still charged me $50.00 for disposal of the old refrigerator. Needless to say, I've had nothing but trouble from Tonti and from Pam (Manager). Stay away from this place and from any Toni properties.
