Management is typical corporate america (by the book), not their fault but makes dealing with them a challange.

Parking is a total nightmare now, expect to park in the grassy area across the street (illegally') if you come back to your apartment after 10pm.

Drive past the complex late at night (10ish, 11ish) and you'll see what looks like a used car lot across from the leasing office.

This is largely due to post-katrina tenants having in some cases 4 cars to their alloted '2'.

Repairs are done generally quickly and the maintenance staff is very competent; although not always in English (never affected their work).

The grounds are kept very clean and tidy (every Friday morning is the lawn service).

The pool is quite nice even though no one else seems to use it.

Pest control comes frequently and I rarely see bugs.

Rent is 'high', but expected for this area.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone that does not like loud rap music or has young children.
