We came to Seasons due to Hurricane Katrina. We came in May 2006 and expect to leave this summer of 2007 to return to our home. We rented the 2 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Very nice layout. The only complaint I have with Seasons is that for this amount of rent ($1095) the apartment needs a 100% makeover. The carpet is filthy, not even shampoo can correct; the appliances are rusted; the bathroom fixtures and shower stall need to be ripped out and most off all ceramic flooring is cheap get rid of the vinyl in kitchen and baths.
