I have lived at the Seasons for a year now and my appliances do not even work properly. The alarm system they suppposedly give to you has not worked since I moved in. You can forget about 24 hour maintenance service also. My toilet didn't work due to a busted water line in front of my apartment and they told me to use a bucket and I live on the third floor.I had to rent a hotel room in which they refused to refund my money because I couldn't use a bucket becasue I just had major surgery.This place needs to be investigated for mold because cabinets were not changed out after the storm and they are still swollen from water damage. The place looks good until you actually have to live there. The property manager is extreemly rude and insulted me many times. She even told me that my dog was stupid because she was small. The maintenance workers wil also enter your apartment even not to fix things. They have drank beer from the refrigerator and messed up my space but there was nothing done when reporting this because the manager's son lives on property and works there. Also, the pools are never clean. And remember if they give you new carpet and you have a pet, they charge ou $950 deposit and they pretty much tell you that you don't get it back!
