Last year (May 2007) my husband and I went to The Seasons. We liked the apartment model and were willing to rent there. We went three times on that month to see the apartment. They couldn't show it to us because people there weren't moving yet and it wasn't ready.
On the day we finally went there to sign the papers and pay the deposit they surprised us: THEY GAVE THE APARTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE THE DAY BEFORE!!! The apartment they reserved for us! They had our phone numbers and did nothing to honor their word! They started apologizing and showed us other units but it was too late. I don't want (and thank God I don't have)to know how they deal with residents on a daily basis.
