I regretted ever moving here, and moved out 2 months before lease was up as I just couldn't live there anymore. After I moved in everyone at work said I shouldn't have moved there because everyone knew (obviously, not me) that it was loaded with crackheads, drug dealers, etc. It was just a scuzzy place. And they kept my security deposit because they said there was a defect in the baseboard around the bathroom sink. When I pointed out that it had been there when I moved in and was on my sign-in checklist, they had conveniently "lost" it (teaching me to always make copies in the future). Very bad experience, and 1st Lake has a bad reputation for shady behavior towards tenants.
