I've been waiting over an hour for management to fix my deadbolt. I'm locked out of my apartment!! I called the "Emergency Maintenance" number, which a recording kept saying "Thank you for holding, a representative will be with you shortly." Finally the Rep says "I'll call the manager." And here i sit, an hour and 30 minutes later, on the steps in front of my apartment watching neighbors take for granted that they can go in their own apartments and use the bathroom, get something to drink, maybe even watch TV Now I'm starting to think about the other events that I've let "slide by" while living here.
1. Construction using my personal computer to check online banking...en espanol.
2. Thermostat has to be set to 60 for the apartment to stay at 74.
3. Doors don't shut all the way.
4. Only one Coax Cable works ( have to run a cable from the living area to the bedroom).

The list goes on.

i lived in sugarmill west it was horrible! i had roaches all the time maintenance was in my apartment all the time without me knowing they painted on my shoes while spraying the walls, they locked me out my apartment also! locking the deadbolt when they didnt even give me a key to the deadbolt!! i hated it there! WORST PLACE TO LIVE

you guys are right!!, that place is the worst ever!!, it is true the workers use your stuff, steal things from your refrigerator, they also painted my microwave and broke some dvds, opened my apartment without knocking, used my cleaning stuff to clean things outside my house and i found them usually on the stairs and my apartment door partially opened when i came from work. The list goes on. I always complained to the manager and she never cared. PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!
