I have lived at Sugar Mill for 2 years I think the grounds are beautiful, and I love my new washer & dryer that was put in during the renovation it is wondeful. The maintenace is done the same day I call. The landscaping and grounds are very well kept on both the East and West Side kudos to the grounds staff. The management is very personable and friendly.

are you talking about sugar mill??, because thats exactly the opposite to what you are describing. Maintaince people never do their work on time there and sometimes they even open you apartments door without knocking. They just dont have manners and you have no privacy at all in your own house!
