I've lived in Sunlake for about 5 years and I really like it here.
It's very quiet and away from the busy CBD.
New Orleans is about 10-12 miles away by interstate.
It's very near to the airport.
The complex is next to the lake and a lot of people walk on the levee.
I love swimming so I'm glad this complex has well-kept pools.
They are really responsive when you have a problem, it's usually fixed the same day.
The only two problems I had with the complex were their Resident Services office hours (9-5) as I was usually at work at the time.
And, they aren't open on weekends.
The other problem I had was that they spray for pests once a month and enter your apartment without prior warning.
Other than that, cool complex, with decently spacious apartments.
Kenner police often make drive-thrus at night.

Don't know what section or location this person lived in but it certainly wasn't anywhere near where I lived. Roaches, snakes, loud neighbors, rude, uncaring, non-responsive management.........you get the picture.
