Sunlake

 

I can't say that my entire stay here was awful, but it was when the office staff moved noisy tenants in above me and only suggested that I "call the police" when they are being disruptive.

I've had to deal with what sounded like Mariachi bands having rehearsal,to some woman wearing stilletos pacing back and forth on the tile section of the floor, and the most recent nuisance has been having Godzilla in the apartment above mine.

I know his every move because he doesn't walk, he stomps like he doesn't know how far the floor is from the bottom of his feet.

He also blast his television which sends sound down right into my apartment.

This is really annoying at 5 AM when he gets up for work.

There has been many times when I didn't rest until he did.

That's just my experience.

p.s.
Since it forced me to answer whether or not I would recomment Sunlake, the answer would be yes, because my experience may not be your experience.

And I probably wouldn't have written this gripe if I had been in a different unit...say on the 3rd floor.
