the 1st yr was ok. the apt is very nice and i like the space and layout. then post-K we had some "city helpers" from another part of the country move in above us. my gosh, these people stomped instead of walked and were very loud. mgnt fixed some of the loud talking, yelling, and obseneties, but the walls are soooo thin.... i can tell ya when these guys peed AND did something else in the bedroom, which i didnt care to hear about!!!! roaches, fleas, and mice... omg... i dont like roaches in my pantry or bedroom... and i can hear mice-toes crawling in the ceiling. i would watch the air vent most nights before eventually falling asleep watching for something to crawl out. Tonti does pest sprays once a month, but we still have pests and i always had fleas..and get this, no pets in the rooms''' hmm,, i wonder...i split rent right now, but as soon as i can i'm out!! i have read some of these reviews and would completly agree..oh and if you decide to visit Sunlake and are impressed with the "gated community" thing, dont be.. i dont get personally. the gate is supposed to keep non-residents out b/c you need a key to get in, but if you dont have one, all you have to do is park on the side and wait for someone with one and just follow them right on in...
