I currently live at Sunlake, this is my third year. I have not have any bad experiences. It's a very quiet property. Maintenance came right away if I had any problems and fixed my problem immediately. The office staff is always friendly. The one annoyance I've had is the heavy guy that lives above me, so when he walks the floor sometimes creeks.
