I've lived in Sunlake for 3yrs, it was the only complex available after Katrina that was somewhat reasonable, but not for long. After my initial 6mth lease the rent went up, i then moved to a 2 bedroom apartment that started at 795 then went to 846, and this apartment is so not worth $800. I could understand if there were improvements but there have not been in the 3 yrs that i have been here...wait they put up a plastic white fence that's tacky. I have a YELLOW outdated stove, my cabinets are from the late 80's and the water pressure in the showers SUCK. I'm moving to Texas and for less money, i have hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. By the way my new neighbors upstairs put aluminum foil in their window and throw their cigarette butts and cartons over the balcony, trashy. I would give this complex a big fat thumbs down!!!!!!
