We are renting a furnished apartment for a limited time. We have really enjoyed this gated community. The pond/lake has a calming effect. The grounds are kept and so far all maintenance has been in order, no problems.
When I have called the office the staff have been quick to answer my questions
I definitely would recommend Chateau Estates South and when we return to this area for work in the future I would like to stay at either Chateau Estates North or South.
