Faulty constuction: Nails coming out of the carpets. If you have small kids, be aware. Poor construction, you will hear your neighbor. Since half of the property is empty, it may not be a problem. Water leaks from ceiling during heavy rainfall. They could not fix the leak in my apartment.



Very rude management once you sign your lease, they are different people.



Bad odor comes from the stagnant lakes. Lakes are breeding ground of mosquitoes.
