I have only lived here a few months, but I have yet to regret my decision. The apartment is in excellent condition, I have no problems regarding noise, and the grounds are well-maintained. Not only did they give me a free month for signing a 12-month lease, but I also received a $100 discount off of my deposit. The floorplan for apartments without a garage is a bit awkward, but my 1-bedroom w/ garage has plenty of floorspace. The staff has always been courteous to me.
