Don't get West Nile virus by paying extra

Don}t pay extra for the lake. It is a breeding ground of mosquitoes. The lake is not a single body of water. It is a collection of stagnant small ponds. Bad odor comes out from the lake. Bad construction; roaches comes down through the fireplace. Roof leak is not uncommon. Good thing is plenty of parking because many apartments are empty. Not a safe place. Gates are open most of the time. Noise is high because of faulty construction.
