We moved in Sept 2003. A NEW apt on the lakes north side.

The apartment itself is quite nice, great floor plans, nice appliances, neutral colors. BUT, the gates are never shut, there are huge gaps in the drywall filled in with caulking, the lamenent on the kitchen cabinets and drawers is coming off making them hard to close, the shower and sinks are very slow to drain and clog often, "we buy drano every trip to the store." The ducks and lakes are great, but all of the good and bad is overshadowed by the HORRIBLE mgmt. Neighbors have found mgmt in their apartments after they come home early from work/school, they are not helpful, my favorite was when they put a notice of eviction on a neighbors door after being 1 day late with rent,noise is a huge problem I can hear complete conversations from the neighbors if they are talking/not shouting just talking in their kitchen or bathroom. In ten years this place will be falling apart.
