It is an okay place to live, but had I known that there were sooooo many big Nutria rats that wander all over the place at night, I would have gotten a 3 bedroom...at least I would have felt better about paying a $1000/month.
If you do not have a special affinity for large rodents and thin walls do not sign the lease. Oh, and if you are late on your rent...PREPARE FOR THE INFAMOUS EVICTION NOTICE AND PILING LATE FEES.
WITH THE MONEY YOU PAY IN RENT, YOU SHOULD STOP WASTING IT AND PURCHASE A REAL HOME!!!
