I am a former tenet and I fell in love with the beautiful grounds of the complex. I too reluctantly paid the $1000 bucks in rent per month. May I say that although it has its perks, it is not worth the price you pay. The management is rude and disconnected. The fitness center leaves something to be desired. The gates are always open. The north side clubhouse is gorgeous...and not allowed to be used. Although there are minor problems here, its the management that caused me to leave and buy my first home.....and pay less than 725 per month. Save the money...buy a home.
