The office staff went from friendly to very unfriendly. Significant staff turnover, more than most large rental properties. Management is not fair-housing friendly, plays favorites with residents. Began to refuse accepting mailed packages, no provision of package mailboxes was insensitive to resident needs. Trumped up reason to confiscate deposit. Great maintenance, swift response to 'fix it' issues. Inattentive to quality of life issues like noisy residents (especially lower-tier Saints players living there). Great location for shopping and easy commute to CBD and Quarter. New Orleans has rotten rental properties, so okay despite being a little overpriced for the service delivered.
