Overall our 3 years at LOCN were really enjoyable. This centrally located apartment complex in Keller provided a safe and secure are for my wife and I. The pools were always clean and the lakes and landscaping was imaculate. As for the service staff, it was better when we moved in. The staff was confused after Katrina, which was to be expected, but FIRST LAKE did eventually make everything alright with refunds and credits for not being able to make it back to the area. The social gatherings held in the office area were very pleasant and we really enjoyed the Halloween and Christmas parties each year. We do miss the area. If you do decide to move here, you will not be disappointed with the security.
