The Lakes of Chateau Estates South is truly the best apartment complex to reside in Kenner. I moved into LOCS in 2007, got engaged, moved out in 2009, got married, and returned to LOCS in 2009 with my husband. I shared with him that I just didn't like living anywhere else in the city but LOCS. He agreed with me and we are back!! LOCS is safe and clean. The amenities are the best in town. The front office staff responds promptly to requests. The ground keepers and maintenance men are efficient and diligent. This is the best place to stay until we are able to buy a home.
