My fiance and I absolutely love the property! We are both new to the Kenner area and were very apprehensive about where to live, we looked at about 6 or 7 properties around town and the staff at The Lakes of Chateau Estates South was the most helpful and friendly! We had an extremely short deadline to move into a new place and they were very helpful with getting us into our apartment quickly. And since we were new to the area they suggested local eateries and attractions which was so nice! The property is very pleasant and quiet and is very close to all ammenities. Across from a hospital and directly behind Wal-Mart, you can't get much better than that! It's about a 5-10 minute drive from the mall (depending on traffic). Great access to the interstate. Now on to the most important part: the apartment itself! It is extremely spacious (we have a 1 bedroom) and open. Ours is located on the third floor and we love the vaulted ceilings! A huge plus for us was the washer and dryer located in the apartment. The sun room in the apartment might as well be another bedroom since it is so big and the walk-in closet in the bedroom is awesome!! Needless to say we love our apartment, the property, and the very friendly staff! We couldn't have picked a better place to live!
