Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Had a few incidents with this complex involving parking and the mud that accumulates around the area. They were slow to respond to these but were very responsive to maintenance and other issues. Rent seemed comparable to other areas. Generally, a safe an nice place to live. Not any extreme complaints to report.
