We were tenants since before the storm. This place does not deserve to have these apartments. After the storm, they, still to this day, have never replaced my leaking, mildewed ceiling and now there's black mold growing in the airconditioning system because its being circulated throughout the apartment. I have a family to look out for. So if anything happens, they're going to have problems. They never replaced my horrible refridgerator. There's no guaranteed parking -and for this price, it's not worth it - especially when your neighbors constantly have ignorant friends and family over who don't respect their neighbors. This place stinks. And, the top floor apartments are NOT insulated, which means that in the summer, your electric bill's going to be $300 and the heat 95 degrees in your living room. You won't be able to enjoy the $1000 living room you're paying for, and MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE! You'll hear birds all in your ceiling all day and night because their nests are 5 feet from you - God help you if they have some type of mites or bird flu! So good luck shopping for new apartments; just don't waste your time with Windsong! They should be fined.

I think you should get an inspector to see about the mold in your apartment. If he can PROVE it is a danger and you have documentation that it has not been fixed, you can really make out! Email me and I will tell you more.

I agree about the horrible conditions on this property I really wish i read the reviews before I move here. I hate it here!
