i lived here for over a year now,,, maintenece has been very responsive when clld....there is a problem with mice but its due to how a tenant takes care of thier home....as far as office managers ..yes some are rude but there are others tht are pleasant..it is true about the maintenece lady...she is a big------!!! but overall, i like it. its quiet, my neighbors are wonderful, and to me its safe.........everywhere u go there is goin to be issues ...its up to u how u resolve them....i hvnt had any since ive mvd in and this was after the storm
