This place is old and nasty. they tried to cover everything with paint to make it presenable but it doesn't work. their pet policy is rediculous $1200.00 of which $600 is not refundable, and $30 extra a month. pest problems and the maintenance will come in your apt when they damn well please! This place gives you no privacy and

I agree with this user not 100% but 1000% The units are old and run down the carpet is nasty they try to cover everthing with paint it looks tacky, roaches mice the windows leak and frequent powersurges as well. I cant wait until my lease is over I am packing up and leaving this hell hole. The pet fees are ridiculous I know luxury properties that dont charge this much for pets and this slum property want to over charge people to have a pet.
DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT YOU WILL BE SORRY I AM GOING TO TRY A 1ST LAKE PROPERTY AND PRAY I HAVE BETTER LUCK
