This place is very nice. Just moved in yesterday. The maintenance team is really responsive. The place is really clean and tidy. The office personnel is really nice and informative. Rent is really a reasonable price. Maybe things have changed since last year (from other reviews). But this place is real nice. Everything you need is right here in the street. I refer anyone to here

You will not be saying that when you wake up and find a rat in your kitchen eating fruit off your table, You will not be saying this when you call Tonti managment and they ignore your phone calls. You will not be saying this when the cockroaches invade your place when the weather gets warm.
I thought it was a nice place too but you will see. Tonti manangement dont care about their tennants you and everyone else who lives there will see
