The apartment location is excellent for small families. The problem is noise, where neighbors keep you awake most of the time, including noise from outside the apartments. The park and ride bus system is helpful for working family residents travelling to New Orleans. The complex is racially diverse and comfortable to live. The office staff are hard to work with sometimes.
Finally, to live here is worth the shot.
