Woodlake

 

When looking around, WoodLake appealed to me the most b/c of location and design.

You can hear everytime someone goes up or down the stairs, and you can hear every neighbor whether it be the person on top, bottom or side of you.

I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

WoodLake is not far from the water treatment plant, so at least 2-3 times a week it smells like sewerage inside and outside of the apartment.

Imagine waking up thinking your pipes have exploded and actually its only the smell outside''!!!
I moved here b/c it was 10 years newer than my previous apt.

and I thought it would be a lot nicer considering there would be newer appliances.

I have had nothing but problems with my tub, my fridge, my kitchen sink pipes, a/c.

My list goes on.

The only positive thing I can say about this complex is the grounds are kept up nice.
I should have stayed at Sunlake for $100.00 less a month.

The space for the living room is horrible also.

There is a big fire place in the middle which is great if you like them.

(I've had such bad luck w/ this apartment that I'm afraid to light a fire in it!!!) The way the apt.

was designed leaves no room for you to have a sofa w/ love seat plus an entertainment center.

You have to choose one or the other.

I would not only NOT recommend this place to anyone-I would advise that they go the other way!!!!
